Young British Designer Timea Sido is a designer / maker based at the prestigious Cockpit Arts in London. Timea graduated from Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in 2001 and has since embarked on a successful design career working for a variety of clients, which include, Kevin McCloud, Molton Brown and the Great Eastern Hotel, London.
The Tangled Web Collection challenges conventional ceramics, through the development of an innovative technique in which organic lines are formed and layered to construct the final piece.
Each piece is hand crafted by Timea using fine White Earthenware.
The beautiful ‘Tangled Web’ pieces are entirely created from ‘tangled’ organic lines, while the exquisite ‘Fragile fragment’ pieces delicately fuse the tactile lines to a smooth solid surface, creating enchanting ceramics for contemporary living.
