Born in 1952, in the heart of Yorkshire. Its landscape, through dales and mores, both gentle and remote, have deeply influenced her creative spirit. Her connection with the Somerset coastline has given her a distinctive palette of rhythm through the use of light, texture, colour and form.
Jennifer lives and maintains a studio high on North Hill in Minehead affording her extensive views of both the coast and landscape.
She has had a highly successful career as a fashion designer but has never lost her interest in painting and is now a full time artist.
Fascinated by all mediums and constantly experimenting, her work is both innovative and compelling. Her main inspiration is the interaction of the sea and land.
